- Services and Responsibilities
Mehra Logistics provides packer and mover services to assist with your relocation needs. Our services may include packing, transportation, loading, unloading, and related activities. While we strive to deliver quality services, please note that certain limitations, exclusions, or conditions may apply. 3. Payments
* We accept payment through cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
* A non-refundable token amount of 10% to 20% of the total given quotation must be paid at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
* The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the service.
4. Failure to Pay
In the event that the customer fails to pay the remaining balance in full upon completion of the service, the following penalties will apply:
* If the outstanding balance remains unpaid for more than 30 days, an additional penalty of 30% of the total bill will be charged.
* Failure to pay the outstanding balance within 60 days of completion of the service may result in legal action against the customer.
5. Cancellation Policy
* Customers may cancel their transportation services up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled departure time
* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time will no charge
*Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time will charge a cancellation charge of 10% Of given quotation
6. Quotation
* The quotation provided at the time of booking is an estimate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in fuel prices, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
* In the event of a significant change in the quotation, we will notify the customer and seek their approval before proceeding with the transportation service.
